Welcome to Twin Lakes Estates II

Twin Lakes Estates II is the second phase of Twin Lakes Estates in Lakeland, Florida. The first phase is a senior affordable multifamily building, and Twin Lakes II adds 132 units of family affordable units to the community. 

Over half of those 132 units (55%) are two bedrooms, two bathrooms; 17% are one bedroom, one bathroom; 18% are three bedrooms, two bathrooms. The units are generous in size with one-bedrooms at 688 square feet, two-bedrooms at 915 square feet, and three-bedroom units at 1,150 square feet.
